Vanilla Cupcake Bakery Glorietta

So last Monday, I went out with a friend who came from Ilocos and gave me my favorite chichacorn! :) we ate at Pepper Lunch and continued our chikahan at Vanilla Cupcake Bakery at Glorietta (not sure what number, that is always confusing for me, but it's the one near national bookstore and SM Makati entrance)

The place is so princess-like and girly.

The colors of the place are a combination of pastel and light tones.

The chandelier is so cute too!

There is a gift display box if you want to flaunt the cupcakes you bought.

There is a display table that has cakes and marshmallows!

And of course who would forget the cupcakes

There are a lot of flavors to choose from! :)

We ordered salted caramel and banana cream cheese.  Both were delicious.

FoodTripMNL Rating:
AMBIANCE: 5 out of 5 (superb girly ambiance, boys will think twice before they enter! hehe)
PRICE: 3 out of 5 (It was good but the cupcakes are really expensive)
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 4 out of 5 (it was cool!)

There are a lot of cupcake places that are opening left and right and it's becoming a thing now. Vanilla Cupcake Bakery is one of the places you must try, especially because of their cool facade. :)

Sambokojin at SM Southmall

Few Saturdays ago, my friend and I checked out Sambokojin at SM Southmall. The place is hugh and given that it is lunch time, lots of people are already seated. Since my friend (besbuy) will soon bid the country farewell, we splurged with an Eat-All-You-Can! :)

Here you will find a variety of Japanese and Korean dishes...All equally delicious!
If you love sushi and sashimi, i'm sure there is somehing for you!

Each table has its own smokeless grill, so grill away! The table also has an array of different types of meats, cut and seasoned and are ready to grill!
They currently added a Katsu table, so you'll find lots of deep fried cuts!

The dessert table is also to die for!
There are fruits too! you can even make your own halo-halo or snow cones!
YUM!

Our table was full, when you look at it, it doesn't look like only two people are eating! hahaha

Did I mention, the table includes rice and lots of seasonings so you can make your own dipping sauce?
Ow, by the way, potato balls and the anchovies were sooo good!!!

We really enjoyed, didn't we?
We really had a great time in this place... It is well lighted, the tables are comfortable and big enough for 4 people to slouch! I really think this place is a family-friendly dining place... I recommend it to families who have huge appetites and love Korean and Japanese food!

At P 519 (Weekday lunch) and P 659 (Weekend lunch and dinner). It's SULIT! :)

Mondo Juice Rada

Irvin and I decided to take a break from work and go to Mondo + Sip in Rada. It's very convenient for us since we are only three buildings away. :)

We ordered Banana Mama (Banana + pineapple + mango + nectar) and Blueberry Bonanza (Blueberry + banana + mango + cranberry)

Blueberry Bonanza
The smoothies they sell are all organic and natural. They also have wheatgrass shots for those people maintaining a healthy colon. They have sandwiches and desserts as well!

I love the design of the place. Very sophisticated. Kudos to the interior designer!

Winner ang ceiling design!
Nakasmile din si Kuya sa likod

The place is very comfy and sophisticated. Sabi nga ni Irvin, "Lakas maka-sosyal!

Why didn't we order anything to munch on?

Irvin: Ang ganda talaga ng ceiling design!

The crew are so nice, too!
Try Mondo Juice!!

Mondo + Sip is located along Rada St. Legaspi Village, Makati City! :)
The smoothies ranges from Php 130 to Php 190 depending on the size and flavors!

FoodTripMNL Rating:

Welcome Foodies!

I've noticed in the past months, all I've been posting in my blog is about food! :) Well hey, why not create another blog that is dedicated to food tripping!

Of course we love food...:) It's one of the most pleasurable things we do... Here I would be hopping and gliding on difference spots in the metro to taste their cuisine!

Well I can't wait to sink my teeth into this blog!
